He has held several key positions, including Creative Group Head at TBWA (2001-07) and Creative Director at Art Group (2007-10). Fuelled by his entrepreneurial spirit, Ate\u015f founded his own agency, &#8220;Fr\u00f6g,&#8221; in 2010, which enjoyed many successful years under his leadership. However, in 2018, he decided to return to the mothership, FCB Artgroup, to take up the role of partner and CEO of the Istanbul office.
