After graduating from Istanbul University with a degree in Dramatic Writing and the Istanbul State Conservatory’s Opera Department, she chose to take her career in a different direction.
Following her specialization in Human Resources at Yıldız Technical University, she decided to focus on employer branding to deepen her professional expertise.
She earned an internationally recognized Employer Branding Professional certification from Stockholm-based Universum.
A true FCB-born professional, she has taken a leading role in strengthening the work environment and contributing to organizational success.
Currently, she serves as the People & Culture Team Lead, continuing to build a creative work culture where psychological safety is a priority.
