Türkiye is a country with rich sustainability experiences—from its natural environment to its cultural heritage, from its local people to its UNESCO sites. Türkiye is also the first country to sign the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) criteria. Our objective was to showcase Türkiye’s existing and potential values in tourism and culture, and its responsible and sensitive tourism approach.

We launched a new communications platform: Sustainable Türkiye. Through our brand film, we portrayed sustainable practices across a broad spectrum, from village life and farm-to-table meals to conscious energy use and cycling routes. Every scene reinforced Türkiye’s pioneering role and its integrated sustainability approach.

Since early 2025, the Sustainable Türkiye film has aired on major global TV networks, reaching millions worldwide. It marked a major step in positioning Türkiye as a global leader in sustainable tourism, amplifying its story to an international audience.
